Sorry, this service is not currently available, as I’m relocating.
Maximise your holiday by tending to your body’s needs with a massage. This allows quiet time for contemplation and can give you a deeper sense of relaxation, restoration and rejuvenation. (Plus sort out any aches and pains!)
Sometimes our everyday lives are just too hectic and it seems impossible to squeeze in enough down time for a massage, even if we factor in exercise and prioritise our bodies in other ways.
I offer a variety of treatments, each with a slightly different focus. Mostly, treatments can be adapted to accommodate any medical issues. A consultation form is completed and discussed prior to beginning your treatment. All information disclosed is confidential.
Traditional Massage on a Couch
This involves my deluxe massage couch with its extra inch of memory foam – extremely comfortable – which I set up in the room of your choice. I bring music though feel free to choose something of your own. Depending how many people want a treatment, I offer sessions of 45 minutes, 60 mins, 75 mins or a delicious 90 mins – these are ‘hands on’ times. This is primarily about nourishment for the body and soul, and holidays can be perfect for longer massages.
Honeymoon or Elopement Massages
I am always delighted to offer treatments for couples at this special time – a truly heavenly opportunity to relax and indulge yourselves after much hectic planning. Ideally, get in touch early to ensure availability.
Floorwork & Rossiter Workouts (not currently available 2021)
Working with a futon and a foam topper, this allows stronger bodywork and is generally useful for a shorter, clothed ‘stretchout’ aimed at releasing the skeleton. Also good for connecting the pelvic and shoulder girdles, so perfect for an ‘MOT’ or acute problems. This tends to be energising as well as relaxing.
The Rossiter Workouts are very different. Clothed and absolutely without the element of tlc, these work on stretching the connective tissue through immobilisation and partner work – dynamic and extreme. Great for specific problems or for pre-empting injuries through overuse. Neck, shoulder, back and knee pain respond very well, but Rossiter is not for the faint-hearted!
