A mini ‘everyday first aid’ Kit

This is my suggestion for a mini ‘everyday first aid’  kit for every household!!

Lavender oil – insect bites, spots – okay to put straight onto the skin. Pop onto your pillow for a better night’s sleep

Tea Tree oil – again, perfect for spots, insect bites – it’s antibacterial, antiseptic, antifungal, so could work on  athlete’s foot & other fungal infections.           (Btw both of these work for jellyfish stings too)

White Tiger Balm – rub on achey muscles, soles of feet at the first sign of a cold, a tiny amount on the end of the nose or in the well at the base of the neck for colds, nausea (I suggest avoiding the red tiger balm as it contains clove which can be provocative for some)

Rescue Remedy – shocks – drops straight onto the tongue, or in any non fizzy drinks (not alcohol!)

Arnica cream – for bumps & bruises where the skin isn’t broken

Small water spray (nothing added) – instantly cooling – face, wrists, ankles, behind knees, neck…. instant heaven!

If you have nothing else, have these & keep them where you can remember to use them!!
