A client was suffering with ankle problems while keeping to their running regime, so it seemed vital to ‘get it sorted’ before an injury occurred or their dedication waned through pain.
So… I suggested going barefoot at home (after my experience with my Barefoot Walks last year) and a short Rossiter workout – literally 20 minutes. Instant results! The ankle felt ‘smooth’, ‘oiled’ and pain free – fab.
We followed up a week or so later with another short session, just to consolidate the new patterns of use and I have a very, happy client, back on track.
