Free Feldenkrais lessons for this week only!

Hi all… just a quick one!

There are free lessons if you click on Feldenkrais – it takes you to their website, & if you go into the audio library, there are lessons from several years. There are all quite short, & given by different teachers – the lovely Shelagh O’Neill is in there too – so it’s a perfect opportunity to try out some Feldy in your own home.

I’m off back into the delicious sunshine, my poor body is needing the dry weather, after all the hideous damp… Enjoy your Bank Holiday, & I’ll be back in your inbox soon.
