Feelings = Intention = Mindfulness…

Following on from my last post, don’t underestimate the depth of focusing on how you want to feel each day… If you find the true feelings, you are then setting your intentions for the day. This, in turn, allows you to move through the day more mindfully, essentially setting the context & it making it simpler to bring what you want into your life. (I received some great feedback from a very lovely client who pretty much binned their ‘to do’ list when they realised it had no components that they wanted that day!

I tend to write my list, then attend to the feeling element & consider, are they a match? This can shift my energy & allow me to take full responsibility for what I am doing. I’m always reminded of something I read way back… we don’t have to do things, we get to do them… This encourages us to spot that what we choose to do, is a result of weighing up the consequences of not doing them… but, we have made that choice.

This post is prompted by an eternal desire & curiosity around how to have as many rich, nourishing moments as I can… which, of course, includes luscious massage, whenever possible!
